Electrical driven synchronised linear winches with vertical placement option
The CLI88 is an intermittent linear winch with 40 metric tonnes pull capacity. The winch is designed to work in areas with limited space or lifting capacity. Its small size and low weight make it possible to manhandle this compact winch. The winch can be provided with a custom-made frame on which the winch is mounted standing upright, allowing the CLI 88 to pull vertically without the use of sheaves and rollers.
This compact winch is easy to handle and therefore often used to pull-in power cables for offshore platform and pull-in of SCR’s into FPSO’s turrets.
The electrical-driven power unit is capable of running two intermittent linear winches. These two winches can run both synchronized and independently.
