Bezemer provided a BI-300 intermittent linear winchto Intercoastal Marine Inc for the successful completion of the pipepull of the Manzanillo Bay Energy Project in the Dominican Republic.

The 300-tonne linear winch was used to pull a 1.100 meter pipeline section into the bay from the onshore string yard. Bezemer supplied two 1,200-meter pulling wires to complete the operation as well as an underwater sheave that was positioned at the offshore termination point of the pipeline; enabled the pulling wire to be routed from the stringing yard, into the bay, and back to the winch, resulting in a successful pipe pull.
